i gotta know what holidays they celebrate so i can get their presents to them at the right times!!! hannukah? christmas? kwanza?? the winter solstice??????
As far as I know, most of us do Christmas except for the Churches. They do Hannukah. [ And she's not sure if it's because they're Jewish or because seven days worth of presents instead. ]
but i wanna get them stuff! we're bros now. and i already have an idea!
it's real fun! we do a bunch of music and dancing and we light a kinaras and my grandma tells a bunch of stories --sometimes in swahili so i don't really understand-- and at the end we eat a bunch of food!
i dunnoooooo i don't think i know any other black folks here 8( [she hasn't even seen tucker or maine out of armour yet!]
plus we're supposed to play the music with drums and stuff and it was always grandma who told stories and i don't know how to make any of the food. it wouldn't be the same
I'm not a black folk and you're right it won't be the same, but that doesn't mean we can't try. [ Do Tucker and Maine celebrate Kwanza? Hell if she knows, she didn't pay that much attention. ]
You can invite some friends over for it and we can make the food and find drums for the music. What do you say?
