Freckles is my pet! And he is the goodest of good boys ever. Scary doctor lady put him in my gun so we would always be together!

Yeah, he does. Not as big as the bullets he had before though! And he doesn't try to kill Wash and Tucker and the Reds as much anymore, which is good I guess. [He guesses.]

If he takes pot shots at them, I wouldn't complain. It'll keep them on their toes.

Yeah it happens sometimes, but not as much as before. He blew up a car before, which was. A problem. Red Sergeant was angry and we almost started fighting again.

Maybe you should take the bullets out of your friend Freckles then. If you blow up a car here, you're going to be in a lot more trouble than Sarge yelling at you.

Freckles isn't allowed to have bullets at work or when I get on Mrs. Doughty's bus to the beach so I took them out in the morning. He's being very good though and not scaring anybody so that I'm allowed to keep him. [it's pretty weird on this new planet but caboose is adjusting. he has a routine now.]

Mrs. Doughty drives the bus from the future cube room to the beach! The army guys told me to use that one to get here, so I come here sometimes. I just have to give her some quarters and she says I have to sit near the front since I'm heavy.

And then we go on ADVENTURES AROUND THE CITY TOGETHER and then she tells me to get out at the beach. And when I want to go home she comes back to pick me up as long as it's not dark. If it's dark I have to walk back and I get lost a lot if I don't have Freckles, but I have Freckles today and he remembers how to get home so I can stay until nighttime.

[deep breath] AND THERE ARE SO MANY JELLYFISH here, but they're all dead. Sleeping or dead. There was probably a huge fight here last night and these are all the dead ones.

[That's an awful lot of talking. Excuse him Tex, he's been lonely.]

[ Yeah, she's not sure what to say to most of that. Even with a robot gun she's not sure he'll find his way home, but this can't be his first time walking back. She hopes. ]
