[ It's a while before she replies and realizes she should check if she has any messages. Between the disorientation of arriving and trying to figure out what the hell is going on, there hasn't been a whole lot else on her mind. The fact that Maya has been trying to get a hold of her leaves a small lump of guilt. And she doesn't even have good news to give the girl.

Maybe Maya will be satisfied with a text back. She could find a corner and call, somehow they've maintained network access and little else, but things are too cramped and noisy from everyone settling as best they can. ]
